Good Golf Practice Makes For A Good Golf Game

Many golfers can’t be bothered with the preparation necessary to have a good round of golf.  After all, Good Golf Practice Makes For A Good Golf Game.  Every practice session or golf round must be started with a specific exercise regime designed to loosen the muscles used in swinging a golf club.

Because of the effects that stretching can have on your muscle conditioning, it will most likely be necessary to make some adjustments in your swing to compensate for your new found physical condition.  If we think about this, the reverse is actuall true.  Becasue of your lack of muscle conditioning before a practice session or game, you have been compensating for the lack of looseness in your body.  Once you routinely perform some warm up exercises your swing will become more fluid and therefor more consistent.

The Best Golf Posture

One of the problems I had when starting to play golf was knowing the best golf posture.  I was told to do what ever was comfortable and the rest would come.  WRONG!  The best golf posture is one which positions your body to correctly approach the golf ball.  It may be comfortable, it may not be comfortable.
